“Why Living a Life of Gratitude Can Make You Happy”

happy-47083You know that warm, fuzzy feeling you get when someone tells you how appreciative they are of you or something you do?  Well, just as much of that feeling you get, they get, because Gratitude is a 2-way yummy feeling fest!

There are so many reasons to be grateful, which you can see from my post last week.  You can also add that being grateful:

  • Reminds you what’s good and positive in your life, it
  • Reminds you what matters in your life and being grateful
  • Reminds you to thank and appreciate others!

Can you think of other reasons being Grateful is so awesome?

Here’s an amazing article I found over at Zenhabits.com.  In this insightful and interactive post, Leo Babauta, really helps you dive into why living a life of gratitude can make you happy.  Ready?  Click here to read the article now!
