[ Stressed and Stuck ]

I often send out emails asking what my clients and audience would like to read about .  I feel there is VALUE in writing, and POWER in writing that speaks to the solving of problems people have.

The other week, I got a response to one of my questions and the person inquired about “How to move away from the stress of NOT Having enough”, essentially in order to have an abundant and exciting business as an Entrepreneur.

So, I’ve dedicated this GentleNudge to help you go from Stressed and Stuck to…

[ Relaxed and Receptive ]

Do you agree the opposite of stress is relaxation? If so, then we are on the same page.

But what do you do to get relaxed? How do you get there? Simply put, you do the opposite of what is causing you stress.

If you are familiar with, or have read, Stephen R. Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, then you know

As you can see, these habits apply to any type of Entrepreneur, because at the heart of every person in business for themselves, is an individual striving to live a happy, healthy, WHOLE, life.

[ Upping the Abundance Vibration ]

Just utilizing ONE of the 7 habits will improve your life, and business, tremendously.  Applying all 7 habits will create the balanced foundation to launch you forward in an amazing way. However, I wanted to include 5 more habits that may or may not be as clearly outlined in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.

From my work with mentors and studying abundant-minded entrepreneurs, I have come to find these five habits boost your abundance, while continually allowing you to relax.

1) Focus on what you want, not what you don’t  want.

You don’t want stress. But the more you stress about not wanting stress, you’ll just get more stress.

Do yourself a favor and focus on feeling relaxed.  Focus on abundance and the energy around that.  The next habit will help you with this…

2) Celebrate and appreciate what you have and are doing.

3) Provide Offerings Vs. Services.

Be OK providing Offerings, or Gifts, rather than always providing Services, or Something to be monetarily compensated for.  An Abundance mindset means you know you can share your knowledge freely without a price-tag because you know your worth, and know that sometimes, money isn’t how abundance is measured.  It can be measured in opportunity, new partnerships/affiliations, or providing a workshop or article for free that will be received by someone who will tell millions of paying customers about you!

4) Forgive.

Forgive yourself, everyone and your past experience… Let go of your banana.

5) Believe you are enough and you are perfect, just as you are:
