My 30 Day Yoga Challenge, Day 11
[ Exactly What I Need ]
Yesterday I did my Yoga practice at-home. This morning, I was revived, feeling alive and as if I’d not even had a dip in my wellness 24 hours prior.
I was thinking about taking one more day for at-home work, and decided I felt well enough to participate in a 4PM Hatha Yoga Session.
It appears, Monday 4PM Hatha seems to be the right fit for me and my schedule. Both times I have participated, the teacher I thought would be there was replaced by others. I suppose he is no longer teaching any more.
Fortunately, my first 4PM Monday Hatha Yoga and today’s class were exactly what I needed.
[ The Experience ]
My life is just one big wave of synchronicity and I am riding it like a champion surfer. I am also regularly engaged in lucid dreaming, and have been since I was a young girl. It has only been in the last year that I realized what lucid dreaming is and that I’ve been doing it for most of my life (I’d dare say at least 25 of my 31 Earth Years).
This morning, I awoke from a dream wherein I was doing a lot of pushups. Like, A LOT, of push ups.
I felt strong and capable.
Flash forward to the Yoga Class today, and our teacher had us doing a LOT more planks than I’ve experienced thus far in this challenge. Yet, I had done them before (in my dream), so I felt strong and capable, slowly lowering myself down with full presence and in relaxed breath, each and every time.
We also did a lot of the work I did in my home-practice last evening, including a variation of the lymphatic bouncing I did. As we tapped our leg meridians, I was grateful for the abundant synchronicity tying today and yesterday’s practice together seamlessly.
[ The Takeaway ]
If you are breathing, you are doing yoga.
That really stuck out to me in class. I also found I closed my eyes more today than I have this entire 30 Day Yoga Challenge.
I am listening to my SELF. I trust myself and my abilities. (Confidence boost)
And as I do what my body needs, I keep getting more of what it needs without trying.
